Other Qualification: - Typing with speed of 40 wpm in English and 35 wpm in Hindi
Pay Scale: - Rs. 5200-20200/- and Rs. 2400/- grade pay

Name of Post: - Stenographer
No. of vacancies: - 02
Age: - Candidates should be not older than 37 yrs and not younger than 18 yrs as on 01st January 2011
Educational Qualification: - Matriculation or equivalent from recognized board
Other Qualification: - knowledge of stenography including with computer proficiency
Pay Scale: - Rs. 5200-20200/- and Rs. 2400/- grade pay
Note: - Both the posts are regular time bond

Post Name: - Peon
No. of Posts: - 02
Age: - Candidates should be from age group of 18-37 yrs as on 01st January 2011
Educational Qualification: - 8th Passed
Other Requirements: - to be physically fit and having knowledge of riding cycle (for men only). There is no any need to knowledge of how to ride cycle in case of women candidates.
Pay Scale: - Rs. 4400-7440/- and Rs. 1300/- grade pay

Post Name: - Sweeper
No. of Posts: - 01
Educational Qualification: - Literate
Note: - Age, Pay Scale both are as same as post of Peon (mentioned above) and posts of Sr. No. 03 and 04 are for contractual basis.
Selection Process: - Candidates applied for Stenographer and Clerk have to face written exam followed by interview. Means finally selection will be made after clearance of both stage. But for Peon and Sweeper only viva will be arranged
Exam Fee: - IPO / DD of Rs. 100/- for UR candidates and Rs. 25/- for rest of the candidates. IPO or DD should be drawn in favour of “Chairman, District Legal Service Authority, Madhybani”
How to Apply: - Candidates may send their applications on A4 size paper with neatly hand written form. With applications candidates should attached supporting documents in attested nature showing educational qualification, age proof, caste, experience (if any), 2-Recent Photos, Character Certificates, Technical Qualification, self addressed envelope affixing Rs. 25/- stamp and examination fee etc.
Full furnished applications should be sent either speed post or registered post within 21 days of publication of advertisement at the address of “District Legal Service Authority, Madhubani”.
